We are seeking a full-time Training Coordinator to join our busy administration team. Kentec Training is an industry-leading provider of safety training throughout the UK, with our main Training Centre based in Tonbridge, Kent.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
WHAT THE TRAINING COORDINATOR WILL DO:

- Working with both individuals and corporate clients you will be at the forefront of our customer service team, supporting learning & development to fulfil both their personal and organisational training requirements.
- Proactively contact potential new and existing clients to promote and increase awareness of our training course solutions and services
- Be a client focal point, responding to enquiries and requests for information and services
- Update and maintain the training management system
- Identify and stimulate new business opportunities within the market
- Raise invoices, process payments, and assist accounts team.
- Registering delegates to ensure completed bookings on course including manual data entry
- Preparing and providing event communication to delegates
- Communicating with instructors about event information, presentations, and onsite requirements
- Organisation of resources for courses
- Preparing and issuing of course materials and other information
- Identifying, negotiating, and liaising with venues and training partners
- Support the management team as requested.
- Please note that there is no teaching or course development within this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
