Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their training needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Act as the central point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our training portfolio.
- Actively generate and nurture new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals and quotes accurately, maintaining records in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to secure bookings and facilitate invoicing and payments.
- Conduct client outreach to anticipate future training requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Support the planning and scheduling of training courses.
- Provide sales reports to the Training Services Manager.
- Attend exhibitions and networking events to promote our services.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and KPIs within agreed timeframes.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Previous work experience in as a Sales Consultant, or within an Account Management and Customer Service role.
- Experience with CRM software and a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Proactive attitude with strong time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and positive approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Desire to learn, upskill, and grow within the industry.
- Understanding of training industry standards and bodies (desired).
