Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our estate agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a crucial part in understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring a positive buying experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively to highlight their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role is a must and within the estate agency industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using sales software.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A keen interest in the products being sold, with a willingness to learn more about them.
