What You'll Be Doing:

  • Listing and launching rental properties with flair — your marketing skills will make them shine.
  • Winning new instructions – you'll be out meeting landlords and showing them why Oakfield is the best.
  • Creating scroll-stopping content for online listings and social media.
  • Turning viewings into lets – helping people find their perfect home.
  • Keeping clients happy – building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
  • Being the local expert – always ahead of market trends and what's hot (or not) in the area.

What You Bring:

  • Lettings/property experience is a bonus, but we'll take passion and people skills over years on the job.
  • A go-getter attitude and natural confidence.
  • Love for property and genuine interest in helping people.
  • Ultra-organised, detail-obsessed, and ready to hustle.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own wheels — you'll be out and about a lot
