Quest Search & Selection are currently working with this omnichannel retail business who have over 100 stores and a strong presence online and also via their member’s club.
As Facilities Administrator, you have the fantastic opportunity to join their Property team based at Carlisle.
**Roles and responsibilities as Facilities Administrator -**
- Assist with calls from stores reporting maintenance issues
- Send out quote requests for maintenance repairs to contractors
- Liaise with stores to get further information required for the works
- Compare quoted works and ask for further details
- Send out acceptances and declining works
- Prepare maintenance packs for Property Manager
- Support information requests for Property Manager
**Key requirements for this Facilities Administrator position -**
- Previous experience as Facilities Administrator, Property Administrator or Property Maintenance
- Efficient administration and IT skills, able to use spreadsheets and in-house systems to create and complete various forms or documentation
- Highly organised, driven and able to prioritise own workload, multi-tasking with different activities and deadlines, and support the property team with various administrative tasks
- Highly numerate and literate, able to produce work with accuracy and attention to detail and make basic calculations to sense check data and charges and resolve any errors
- Flexible approach to help with the wider team as necessary and support on emergencies if needed
