**The Role**:
As SHEQ coordinator you will undertake technical administration, SHEQ reporting and data analysis to ensure evidence and compliance on all live projects.
**Responsibilities**:
As a SHEQ Co-Ordinator you will:
- Assist the SHEQ team in recording of statistics, accident records and general safety related documentation for producing detailed reports
- Liaise with HR and training manager to ensure compliance with training Requirements
- Collate monthly KPI's (including AFR, Training Hours and Daily Briefings) to produce a variety of reports
- Maintain a register of certification and renewal dates for certain occupational health information (DSE assessments)
- Assist with entering data within the ‘Tracker’ SHEQ database
- Generate and distribute SHEQ campaigns in line with the calendar
- Collate SHEQ Pass-it-on’s from sites
- Maintain up to date SHEQ start-up packs for distribution to new sites
- Maintain a comprehensive file of all accident and incidents
- Attend and minute monthly senior managers safety meetings
- Schedule Leadership Engagement tours for Senior Managers, and track for completion
- Assist businesses in arranging Supply chain SHEQ conferences/seminars, etc
- Assist with obtaining monthly information from project teams
**Skills and Experienced required**:
- Educated to NVQ level or equivalent
- Relevant CSCS card
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to understand procedures and policies of the organisation
- Ability to deal effectively with colleagues
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
- Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Know when to ask for help and guidance

Future opportunities within our Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA). The ISA provides Sellafield Ltd with the capability and capacity to deliver a growing programme of infrastructure projects required for an aging asset portfolio. The alliance is mainly aimed at protecting and developing the utility assets; however, it also has scope for a number of non-utility asset projects as well.
