Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team at our Rotherham branch (Allround Tyres).
This would be a largely varied role working alongside the Branch Manager and Service Manager to support them with all aspects of the day to day business operations.
**Day to day duties would include but not be limited to**:
- Taking calls from customers and allocating jobs
- Requesting stock from depots and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining a customer log
- Processing paperwork from completed jobs/invoicing customers
- Collating information and reports
- Ad hoc administrative duties
**Desirable skills**:
- IT Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Good communication skills
- Administrative experience (Not essential as full training will be given)
Hours of work: 40 hours p/week within our operating hours
**Salary**: DOE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
