An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Vehicle Product Specialist** to join **Caffyns Volvo** in **Worthing**.

This is a key role within their new and used car sales department that enhances the customers buying and ownership experience by providing expert product knowledge about Volvo Cars and accessories.

**The Role**:

- Provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Volvo Cars, accessories and merchandise
- Planning, managing and execution of product presentations to customers
- Support the planning, managing and delivery of test drives alongside the Sales Team
- Offer additional product insight within the test drive and customer appointments
- Manage retailer product display and accessories merchandising
- Planning, managing and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars
- Maintaining retailer point of sale materials for the Volvo range
- Researching key competitor product information and sharing this knowledge within the sales department
- Supporting the sales manager to maintain a strong retailer online product display for new and used cars
**Successful applicants will possess the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong product presentation skills
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and motivations
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Have a keen interest in cars and working in the motor retail industry
- Valid UK driving licence
**Salary & Benefits**:

- £20,000 Basic Salary (£25,000 - £30,000 OTE)

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday (Working 4 days) 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Sundays 10.00am - 4.00pm (on a 1 in 3 rota basis)
