As a Production Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing production targets, volumes, and yields. Your primary focus will be to conduct a comprehensive analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets. The insights you provide will play a critical role in optimizing our production processes and achieving our organizational goals.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Analyze production targets, volumes, and yields to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct a full analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets.
- Identify and analyze production performance indicators to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor production performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production analysis.

**What Do You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
