Transition and Transformation Customer Executive

The T&T Customer Executive has overall accountability for the success of a Managed Services high complexity Transition & Transformation programme. This includes the design and pre-sales requirements, from within the Design and Contract phase, through the T&T phase to the handover into operations. The role has delegated authority for the commercial and contractual aspects during the T&T programme working in conjunction with the Service Director (with overall P&L accountability), the responsible T&T Programme Managers and Delivery Lead/s.

**What you'll do**

Your new role will involve overall responsibility for the success of a Managed Services Transition & Transformation programme. This includes the design and pre-sales requirements, from the design and contracting phase through the T&T phase to the handover to operations.
- Collaboration and technical management of international teams on large and complex T&T projects.
- Identification and active management of strategic risks and risk assessment
- Escalation point for the T&T programme manager and client
- Securing resources and expertise from operations and third parties to deliver the T&T at the agreed cost and within the agreed timeframe
- Define and adhere to agreed client and internal governance and reporting requirements (i.e. primary client interface during the service take-on phase)
- Manage the T&T budget

**What you'll need**
- 10+ years experience in IT/Programme/Project Management
- 5+ years' experience in managed services/outsourcing contracts (e.g. as service manager, account manager, project manager)
- Proven risk management experience
- Experience in building an active network and persuasively influencing all key stakeholders TIL skills (ITIL Foundation certification)**About us**
