Human Resources Business Partner. To £65,000

Due to continued growth this leading international insurance organisation is now looking to expand it's London HR team by recruiting an HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner position covers a full generalist remit with a strong focus on Recruitment, HR Business partnering, Employee Relations and HR Project work.

The role will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering. Being a flexible team player is key; the individual would work in a small, professional HR team that have a strong reputation and relationship with the business.

**Duties**:
Take ownership and lead external and internal Recruitment for assigned client groups, managing the end to end recruitment process to ensure roles are filled to quality and time; in line with DEI strategy and initiatives

Provide support and advice to managers on decisions concerning new roles, reporting lines and benchmarking

Own relationships with external partners as well as ensuring we are maximising direct recruitment opportunities to reduce cost

Work closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering to ensure DEI agenda is embedded across recruitment processes

Work closely with the business to provide practical Employment Relations expertise and sound judgement; including managing performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes and absence management

Review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date and legally compliant

Manage all parental leave processes and be the key point of contact for parents and managers to ensure a positive experience for our employees

Manage all flexible working requests

HR reporting where applicable

Oversee all day to day HR activities within designated client group, ensuring high quality service is delivered, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing those. Working closely with the HR Operations team to ensure speedy turnaround onall HR/reward activities, with focus on quality and accuracy

Provide HR support and advice for overseas offices

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion actions

Facilitate HR modules for the Management Development Programme

Inclusive Hiring training for Recruiting Managers

Annual Talent Management process inclusive of succession planning, resource planning and career progression discussions
