**About the role**

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless HR service within designated offices. The Human Resources Business Partner will provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on employee relations issues, absence management, policies and procedures. Other key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with and takes direction from Senior HR Leadership team to ensure a best in class HR service for the designated office.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key departments in the firm, within designated office and globally.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on a range of HR matters including employee relations and performance management.
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedure and best practice; ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures and local / global laws and regulations as required.
- Supporting HR Senior Leadership team with the implementation of strategic and operational HR initiatives.

- Extensive experience in coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyse and think through complex challenges, deliver appropriate solutions and understand the strategic HR agenda.
- Demonstrable project management skills ensuring effective implementation and measuring success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of executing the annual performance management cycle, talent management and succession planning initiatives, as well as credible employment law knowledge.
