Due to business expansion and Financial Growth an exciting opportunity has now become available for a **Logistic Transport Coordinator **to join our already established “School Transport Operations Team” based in Stansted, Essex.

**Role Requirement of Logistic Transport Coordinator**:

- Experience in Passenger Transport and Logistics
- Previous Operational Leadership Skills
- Plan and organise vehicle availability ensuring maximum vehicle utilisation
- Ability to manage and implement instructions whilst understanding the needs of the passengers to ensure smooth operation of transport
- Ensure that all relevant training is adequate and adhered to
- Responsible for setting KPI’s and identifying correct allocation of work daily giving clear and precise instructions improving productivity
- Working with our Tendering Team to ensure growth within the business
- Be able to understand the logistics of planning the driver’s day-to-day routes geographically and be confident in pricing of work from a scaled matrix
- Good Administrational Knowledge and Understanding
- Review and update existing processes
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Management and Organisational & Planning Skills
- Be proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reports to present at the management meetings
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be Confident and Assertive and be able to take instruction and lead a team forward
- Needs to be flexible due to nature of the business
**Due to the nature of the role and the demands of the business we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to accommodate one of the 2 shifts - (7-3) (10-6)**

24x7 Ltd is a rapidly growing family run business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible for the home to school transport of over 4000 passengers daily all with varying needs, The Essex operation alone is responsible for over 2000 of these passengers.
