As one of the leading independent laundry service companies in the UK (c 1000 staff) we are currently going through a period of significant growth. We are therefore looking to recruit 2 Managed Delivery Consultants to join the site in Ross on Wye.

This is a new role for us, and the objective is to ensure complete accuracy of linen counts at customer premises which in turn will enable us to provide linen delivery schedules that fully meet the needs of our customers for the upcoming week.

**What will I be doing?**
- Ensuring all weekly linen counts conducted are accurate;
- Liaising with the laundry regarding linen counts, delivery schedules and customer requirements;
- Ensuring other CLEAN assets (cages / bags) are used for their intended purposes;
- Identifying any areas for improvement in terms of adherence to CLEAN processes and procedures at customer venues and making recommendations;
- Discussing occupancy levels and any future upcoming events with the key contact at each venue, with a view to this information being incorporated into the delivery schedule for the following week;
- Arranging for stock information and / or occupancy changes to be fed into our Laundry Management System (LMS) to generate a delivery schedule that accurately reflects the customer needs for the following week;
- Identifying any up-sale opportunities which can be passed to the Account Manager.
