**Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager (Internal Job Applications Only)**

**Contract: Approx 1 year**

**Working Hours: Flexible Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 - 40 hours per week**

**Location: Benton Park View, Newcastle - **_**Applicant must have the right to work in the UK**_

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the day to day delivery of services to the client in line with the consistent approach deployed
- Responsible for 2 very large locations with a team of approx 140 employees
- Service lines include Cleaning, Porterage, Accommodation, Security, Internal Planting Maintenance, Helpdesk and Job Management
- Lead, develop and manage the team to provide the highest quality of service in this corporate environment
- Lead and maintain account development plans, as well as supported the change management process and associated Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) ensuring risks are mitigated
- Responsible for taking ownership of the Cleaning Service Lead role, ensuring consistency and effective cleaning service delivery across all 14 HMRC locations (some travel will be required)
- Client retention through pro-actively developing and building client and customer relationships
- Support the Division in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs to deliver significant business growth within the UK
- To implement and maintain business improvement and process improvement into all areas
- Lead the team and take responsibility when needed, act with initiative, demonstrate energy and enthusiasm

**About You**:

- Previous experience of managing contracts with a large service delivery team
- You will already be an FM manager with a soft service bias used to leading a supervisory team of around 10+ and a site that has more than 100 operatives
- Ensure a first-class service is provided at all times
- Ability to manage KPIs across all areas of responsibility to achieve the best performance practice
- A good understanding of Health and Safety
- IOSH qualifications preferred
- Demonstrate strong personal integrity
- Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees
- IT Literate - Microsoft Excel, Word, Office
- Continuous professional development in industry/specialism
- People management experience within a diverse geographic and business environment
- Demonstrated Leadership skills - Proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
