The Role:
As a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, change and transformation will be at the heart of your role.The Senior Internal Communications Business Partner will challenge the status quo, will want to do Internal Communications differently and willbe empowered to create change.As the Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, you'll join an evolving People and Culture function and play a vital role in ensuring that our 3,500 colleagues are kept up to date, informed and engaged about our transformationplans and all business change programmes. This means as our Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for creating a culture where business information is easily available, allowing our colleagues to be engaged and inspired as we implement business transformation plans
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the Internal Communications business partner to the CEO and Management Team - advising on best practice, and ensuring consistent and impactful leadership visibility that drives business growth
Create and deliver honest communication and feedback channels that allow for collaborative communication
Plan, design and deliver impactful internal communications campaigns that accelerate strategic priorities, major programmes of work, and people and culture priorities
Drive innovation and best practice in the businesses approach to internal communications
Partner with change programme sponsors and leaders to design solutions that enable meaningful and lasting business change
Manage the company survey and engagement strategy using pulse and engagement surveys to shape priorities and improve company performance
Coordinate and collaborate in the delivery of external employer brand statements and messaging
This Internal Communications opportunity offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Therefore, you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire

Skills and competencies
Significant experience in developing and delivering internal communications and engagement strategies
Experience in a hand-on Communications role where business transformation was at the heart of the Communications strategy
Excellent writing and communication skills, with knowledge of working across a range of digital communication channels
Ability to interpret and summarise content into inspiring communications that is easily understood by the reader
Knowledge of video and image editing software is beneficial but by no means essential
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Building Merchants, Building Products, Change Communications, Comms Strategy, Communication Strategy, CommunicationsManager, Construction, Digital Communications, Engagement, Internal Communications, Internal Communications & Engagement Business Partner, Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, Retail, Transformation Communications.
