**Job Purpose**
The role of Facilities Administrator is really important to us.
You will be responsible for supporting the efficient day to day operation of the facilities team, being the main point of contact for the Facilities Manager. You will build positive relationships with contractors and suppliers. Duties include contractor liaison, managing visitor access, overseeing contractors, assisting where necessary with regular compliance checks, and providing administrative support for the team.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe head office, working hours of 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 9:30am - 3:00pm with a half hour break - can be flexible on these times.
**What would your day to day look like?**
- Diary and inbox management of facilities account
- Keep up to date records of servicing and maintenance
- Monitoring and reporting spend within budget
- Generating purchase orders
- Completing on site compliance check
- General administration duties
**What do we expect of you?**
- Strong administration skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work
- Excellent organisation skills
- Tidy and organised approach to workload
- Attention to detail ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Full driving license essential
