**Administration Assistant**

An office based role in Crewe

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Teamwork now provides its services in a range of sectors covering Aviation, Rail, Events and Exhibitions, Retail, Education, Commercial and Industrial within the Facilities Management arena.

We are looking for a Administration Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

**Key duties**:

- Answering incoming calls.
- Managing the daily running of the Customer Service Helpdesk.
- Managing the Standard Quality Regime (SQR) system.
- Managing suppliers day to day.
- Assist with ensuring suppliers deliver contractual requirements.
- Assist with paperwork associated with projects and recruitment
- Assist in the timely processing and confirmation of all contracts and works associated invoicing.
- Produce compliance period reports.
- To ensure that job specific activities do not introduce unacceptable business and safety risks to any aspect of the Company’s operation, and that the appropriate policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to, ensuring that all such activities comply with the relevant sections of the Safety Case and the current Safety Plan.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues and clients

**Previous experience of running a Helpdesk is essential**
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work alongside other members of the team and clients
- Take ownership of issues/tasks given
- To be confident enough and capable of working with little supervision
- Multitasker with problem-solving skills
- Have attention to detail
- Always looking for improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Reliable and flexible
- Have a can-do attitude

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Helpdesk: 1 year (preferred)
