An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join VolkerRail Ltd within the Rail Operations department.

The Administration Assistant will be the first point of contact for the office, manage visitors, day to day meetings and support with the daily running of the office.

**Key accountabilities**:
Other specific duties will include:

- Timesheet population and submissions
- Management of fatigue for Rail Op staff
- Hotel bookings
- Population of rosters
- Data reporting
- Booking staff annual leave
- Ordering of equipment
- Creating resource templates

**Skills & experience**:
You will be self-motivated with a pro-active approach and have experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Problem solving, communication and good interpersonal skills are a key requirement for this role.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist/administrator/Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
