Our client is a well-funded health tech start-up with aims to deliver on-demand therapy programme 24 hours a day 7 days a week for people living with Chronic physical and mental health conditions.

A friendly, team of passionate clinicians, technologists and support staff focused on improving the quality of life for those who live with a chronic health conditions.

They are working on services, concepts and therapies with Immersive Technologies (Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality) and Artificial Intelligence to improve patients' quality of life. Regulatory compliance, quality and safety are of utmost importance too.

The Director of Partnerships role will focus on ensuring alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders within NHS Trusts, building relationships and engagements with a sales focus. The role requires frequent travel to different parts of UK as a result.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Director of Partnerships will work closely with the Founder and senior management team to improve opportunities for expansion within the NHS
- Develop and grow partnerships by defining strategy and vision for commercialisation, through value proposition and market approach to partner channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in partner organisations to secure new business
- Engage, educate and raise awareness of capabilities and partnership potential with NHS Trusts
- Develop plans to meet sales targets, creating sales pipeline by identifying, sourcing, pitching and securing strategic partnerships.
- The Director of Partnerships will identify new areas of growth, leveraging both new and existing partnerships into additional product or service offerings
- Identify and develop new clients by networking at various professional forums, social media platforms and direct means of communication
- Develop proposals and deliver pitches to potential clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the operations teams to define clients' needs and identify issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the market and competitors including the history, issues, and trends
- Hire, train, develop and manage more junior members of the team as needed
