About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work within Business Support to support the delivery of streams of work designed to support, improve or transform our stores and operating model ensuring we always serve customers, communities and the planet a little better everyday.

You will be responsible for
- Support the Project Manager to monitor and track next steps, risks and issues from natural work teams and governance groups
- Support the wider communications transformation programme of work so Project Managers are freed up from administration tasks
- Identify and coordinate critical risks and how to address these effectively
- Monitor and capture data to produce reporting
- Monitor and coordinate meetings, processes and tracking
- Support Project Managers across transformation teams as the need arises
- Be the ‘go-to’ person within Business Support for communication transformation reporting and data
- Develop effective partner relationships with business owners to find opportunities to improve
- Keep up-to-date with current and future systems
- Contribute to my team by taking the initiative to support team activities
- Following our business code of conduct and always acting with integrity/due diligence

You will need
- Experience of operations within a store environment
- Planning, coordinating and prioritising
- Communicating/influencing/relationship building
- Business awareness
- MS Office - including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Data management/attention to detail
- Analysing and evaluating information and data
