Project Coordinator
My client in Letchworth is looking for a Project Coordinator to cover a Maternity contract.
You will be working within their busy Sales Department supporting Account Managers and carrying out various administration tasks
Tasks
- Raising sales orders onto our system (Progress)
- Ordering materials from suppliers as required.
- Issuing production orders with job specification including relevant drawings and artwork to all departments.
- Coordinating roll out projects - including creating spread sheets for Production Departments
- Attending daily production meetings to follow up and check on progress on the orders and feedback to the appropriate Account Manager or Client
- Liaise between the account manager and other heads of departments to ensure that orders are sent out on time.
- Organise daily deliveries via TNT, Pallet Network, Courier
- Booking fitters for installations
- Obtaining POD's when job is complete
- Checking sales order before passing through to Accounts
- Excellent communication skills - written and telephone.
- Able to communicate effectively with both customers and heads of departments
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office - Excel/Word etc
- Experience of computer sales ordering systems
- Experience of sales office environment
