**Salary**: up to £25,000
**Location**: Crewe - CW1 6BD (15 minute walk from Crewe Train Station)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Contribute to your team by providing a first-class billing experience to Radius Connect customers.
- Helping with billing queries
- Ensuring all items ordered are added to the billing platform
- Ensure invoices are raised and securely distributed to customers in accordance with the team billing calendar.
- Work, where required, on ad-hoc projects ensuring the quality of data within billing systems and improved ways of working through automation.
- Journal critical activities to evidence work completed, presenting findings as required in internal and external company audits.

We are recruiting for a driven Billing Administrator to ensure billing within Radius Connect is carried out to the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy, with a key focus on delivering a first-class billing experience to Radius Connect customers.
