**About the Role**

Broad Oak Group are looking for an administrator to support the contract manager running a scheme called the social housing decarbonisation fund, which Broad Oak are delivering for a number of housing associations.

**The job role will include: -**
- Communication with management and work operatives.
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
- Download allocated jobs from the server.
- Check job paperwork for compliance.
- Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
- Assisting the senior managers with any ad-hoc tasks.
- Full training Given.
- Making outgoing calls to prospects who have enquired.
- Qualifying customer for the scheme over the phone

Full training and support will be given, experience in a managerial role would be advantageous but not essential.

A Driving licence would be advantageous due to our loctaion
