**The job role will include: -**
- Desk top assessment of properties for low-cost energy saving measures.
- Collecting data from EPC’s and Google earth to check property condition
- Discussing with homeowners property condition and access.
- Identifying the most suitable grant funding for the property
- Planning install sequence.

**Requirements: -**

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent written communication skills

Telephone experience essential

Computer literate - experience using Microsoft Office

Experience of working in the residential sector, including experience of identifying build types and condition for example solid wall and Cavity Wall.

Some knowledge building renovation would be useful

Full driving licence

DEA training would be useful but not essential

Organised and strategic
