**About the Role**

The successful applicant will be looking at technical information gathered on site and assessing the suitability for heating in the property as well as calculating the size of heating required. The role will involve looking at individual property’s construction, size and demand and using this information to calculate the required heating for each room.

The applicant will have mathematical knowledge and have some knowledge of heating systems although full training will be provided. In addition to this, the successful applicant will need to be able to manage their own workload in a methodical manner, have an extremely high attention to detail and be highly organised.

**The job role will include: -**
- Heat loss calculations
- Communication with management and work operatives.
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
- Download allocated jobs from the server.
- Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.
- Assisting the senior managers with any ad-hoc tasks.
- Full training Given.

Full training and support will be given, experience in a managerial role would be advantageous but not essential.
