We are currently recruiting for Complaints Customer Resolution Handlers to come and join us here at AXA..
Responsible for achieving fair and reasonable outcomes for our customers through effective investigation, you will work with all areas of the Insurance business to understand the nature of the complaint and resolve in an efficient manner. It's imperative all complaints receive a full, high quality and timely response that delivers the best outcome for the complainant.
As part of your role, you will need to feedback to business areas and relevant stakeholders to ensure that, as a business, we have the right operational needs in place for our customers.
**Your induction and training**:
We are operating a hybrid approach to working and following induction and training you will work between the office and home. 35 hour contract Monday to Friday.
We will provide you with the right training throughout your career, with the intention of making you the best you can be to provide excellent service to our customer in a time of need. But we won’t just stop there, we have 1000’s of training opportunities and courses so your future is most definitely within your control.
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced in customer resolution, preferable within a Financial Services or regulated industry.
- The ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively
- To be discreet and confidential due to the nature of your work
- A strong moral compass of getting it right for the customer
- Strong business commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver change effectively under varying circumstances
- Ability to influence people and situations to achieve optimum results.
