The Argos Campaign Management team lead the design and development of Argos’s marketing communications for brand, seasonal, mission-related and trade-driving campaigns across all customer touch-points including TV & VOD, Press, Outdoor, Social and Digital Marketing.

We own the end-to-end campaign process from further development of a customer proposition, to campaign creative design and media planning through to evaluation feeding into the proposition PIR. We’re a team of passionate, curious creative and media experts, and work closely with our agency partners to land the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer.

**As our Campaign Assistant you’ll**:

- Work with the wider Marketing Campaign team, creative and media agencies, and internal channel teams to support with the briefing and delivery of advertising campaigns for Argos.
- Assist Marketing Campaign Executives and Managers to implement and execute above the line media:

- Work with advertising/comms agency to develop and deliver campaign creative.
- Work with media agency to deliver campaigns through relevant broadcast channels (including but not limited to TV, VOD, Cinema, Radio, Partnerships and more).
- Campaign product/category selection: support with product and category selection for paid and owned marketing channels (including ordering samples for shoots).
- Campaign project management support: assist Marketing Campaign Executives with the management of campaign critical paths to ensure efficient and timely delivery, attending relevant status meetings and managing expectations where appropriate.
- Assist the wider Argos Marketing Campaign team to ensure campaigns are aligned to the wider customer plan.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Commercial, Digital, Marketing and across the wider business.
- Budget management: have an awareness of budgets for campaigns you work on, helping Marketing Campaign Executives and Managers to ensure media and production spend is within allocation.
- Develop campaigns briefs for advertising/comms and media agencies for smaller spend campaigns.
- Challenge creative and media recommendations where appropriate to deliver best in class advertising which meets the brief.
- Feed into regular agency performance evaluations.

**Our Campaign Management Team would love to see from you**:

- Experience working in marketing and advertising, or have studied in similar/relevant area (e.g. Marketing/Media/Communications/English/etc.)
- Experience navigating a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritising workload effectively
- Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)A good communicator and team player who builds strong relationships to make things happen
- Excellent admin and organisational ability
- Honest and open attitude and willingness to explore and implement new ideas
- Commercial acumen
