With over 160 stores and counting, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to help fuel our growth and keep Fireaway at the forefront of the pizza revolution

Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant at Fireaway, you’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing team, playing a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, building brand loyalty, and executing exciting campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves thinking outside the (pizza) box and thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
- Social Media Management: Help create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- Content Creation: Assist in designing mouth-watering graphics, videos, and posts that showcase Fireaway’s irresistible menu and vibrant brand personality.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out national and local promotional campaigns, ensuring every store gets the attention it deserves.
- Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics for digital campaigns and social media, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Store Marketing: Work with franchisees to support local marketing efforts, from launch events to community partnerships. We are more than a pizza store we want you to inject our stores into the community
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all communication and visuals align with Fireaway’s energetic and modern brand identity.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences, helping the team brainstorm fresh ideas that set us apart from the competition.

What We’re Looking For:

- A passion for marketing and an interest in the food & beverage industry (pizza lovers preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media and different content requirements per platform
- A creative thinker who’s not afraid to share new ideas and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic design experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is essential along with a willingness to develop these skills further.
- Previous marketing experience or a related degree is preferred but not essential—we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
