**Duties and responsibilities**:
You will be assisting both the Senior Marketing Manager and our SEO Managing Director in several tasks including but not limited to the:

- Writing blog posts and creating graphics to go with them for multiple websites.
- Creating weekly and monthly newsletters and coming up with campaign ideas for each event.
- Manage our social media platforms: reels on social media, keeping on top of engagement, creating, and scheduling creative content via Hootsuite.
- Undertaking general competitors’ research, price updates and communicating your findings with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Liaising with social media bloggers and influencers, crafting gifted orders when necessary.
- Assisting the team by engaging and contributing your unique marketing ideas during team meetings, with the goal to become responsible for taking forward some of your own projects that arise from these meetings.
- Developing and maintaining web content for our company websites, such as website graphics, and descriptions, developing product content, updating imagery, and adding product listings.
- Specific admin duties including managing the marketing budgets, forecasting results on a regular basis and attending to phone calls regularly and seeing through each call independently.
- Liaising with the warehouse team for the smooth functioning of the business.
- Liaising with transport companies and clients for any business enquiries and queries regarding orders.
- Attending to visitors via the intercom and in person to ensure they are directed to the relevant department.
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc projects as required.

**Experience**:

- Previous marketing experience.
- Experience with, SEO, Word Press and Linnworks (desirable)
- Effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Good graphic design skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use Adobe Suite - Intermediate level (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Experience in website maintenance (desirable)
- Competent in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok & Facebook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
