Our client is a leading facades contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to their clients.

They currently have a requirement commencing end of June. For an experienced Resident Liaison Officer for a 43 Wk Project. With possible Permanent positions available. To act as liaison with residents and client. and also assist with photographic surveys of properties.

You will need experience in this type of work and will be dealing with residents, people from workplaces in vicinity of the works. Great Customer and interpersonal skills, and IT skills are important as you will also assist the Site Manager will QA paperwork, admin and photos.

Will be supporting the Site Manager with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved on their contract.

**Responsibilities**

As a **Resident Liaison Officer**, you’ll be working within the Project Management Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.

Your day to day will include:

- Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and Project Management team.
- Carrying out property condition surveys
- Arranging works and surveys appointment.

**What are we looking for?**

Have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing / Refurbishment background.
- Have an understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
