What Will You Be Doing?
Main responsibilities include:
- Locating and/or ordering vehicles on the OEM system
- Invoicing purchases of vehicles as required, checking accuracy to order and OEM pricing/specification.
- Issuing registration numbers
- Registering and/or taxing vehicles as required
- Chasing manufacturer support as required and check for errors
- Monitoring progress of vehicle status and providing updates
- Raising job cards for the PDI department and accessories
- Supporting other team members
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0900am - 1700pm.
Who Are We Looking for?
- Have previous Administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Be highly organised and able to multi task
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Have effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Be a natural problem solver
- Have a positive, right first time attitude
- Display a team player mentality
Previous experience using Kerridge would be advantageous for this role, although full training will be given
