We are now recruiting for Fleet Administrators at our Appleton Thorn site to provide effective administrative support to the Transport Department and Fleet Manager.Working Hours: Monday - Friday daysSalary: 27031Key duties of a Fleet Administrator:Administration and data entry to maintain the Companys tachograph SystemMonitoring and maintaining all maintenance records relating to the company fleet and Operator Licence undertakingDaily validation of the department VOR/Service board and escalation of potential service slippage to the O Licence holder(s)Inputting and monitoring drivers holidays and sickness absence maintaining the TruTac systemOverseeing accuracy and completion of all defect and service records for storage in line with company standardAccurate on boarding and exit control of all fleet within the company maintaining all systems and records as definedRegularly updating the WTD system ensuring the data is up to date and accurateCreating and providing daily reports to the Transport department regarding missing mileageManagement of all tag accounts i.e. DART Severn M6 Toll.  Maintain accurate records of each tag account and monitor usage monthly.  Identify and report any occurrences of mis-use.  Carry out electronic tag equipment audits to ensure all assets are still at the recorded locationsCompiling and monitoring Driver card & Vehicle Upload Report and keeping records of instances of non-compliance to proceduresControl and ordering of all impress stock relating to the fleetReceiving and monitoring fuel deliveries maintaining the fuel monitoring systemProviding various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely mannerCarrying out any other formal and legal dutiesRecord keeping and archive controlQualifications : Excellent administration skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to succeed in a pressurised environmentAble to work using own initiative and with little supervisionGood knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel Word Outlook (or equivalent)Previous experience gained in a similar role is preferred but not essentialExperience in an FMCG environment is desirableAdditional Information : As part of our drive to make Stobart a great place to work.
