**Overview**:
As a **Production Operative**, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our business. You will work within a team to ensure the smooth and efficient production, labelling, bottling, and quality control of our products.

Although experience is not mandatory, we do require a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and dedication to maintaining our high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Organisational skills

**Duties (include but not limited to)**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment following training
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being passed to the next stage
- Follow detailed production instructions and maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and best practices
- Work closely with the wider team to report any issues or suggest improvements to enhance workflow and productivity
- Assist in stock control and inventory checks when required

**Additional Details**:

- This is a full-time role operating Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm (overtime may be required during busier seasons)
- 20 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays
