Product Manager - Scale and Expansion We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our Scale Pillar to help scale our business exponentially. This role is responsible for building end to end products that help our business scale profitability. You will own & evolve our product stack by solving deep problems with large internal and external customer impact. Working closely with design, engineering, business and operations teams you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle from product definition to roll out and iterations. What You’ll Do Own and evolve the product roadmap for your area, aligning it with company goals and customer needs. Use data and user insights to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for impact. Collaborate with engineering and design to build, test, and launch high-quality solutions for internal and external users. Define and monitor success metrics, ensuring product decisions drive measurable outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology and tooling, helping enhance scalability, performance, and efficiency. Who You Are Analytical and outcome-driven, with at least three years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment. Experienced in owning a product area end-to-end — from discovery to delivery and iteration. Comfortable working closely with engineers to scope, prioritise, and ship impactful features. Have exposure to internal tools or operational platforms, understanding how they improve team productivity and customer experience. Proficient with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
