Overview Product Manager - iwocaPay role at iwoca Deutschland. Hybrid working in London, UK (at least one day in office per week). Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our iwocaPay team. iwocaPay provides trade credit and Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) solutions to businesses. The team works with hundreds of sellers to help thousands of buyers manage their cash flow, increase their purchasing power, and operate with flexibility. The Product Manager acts with ownership to diagnose problems, identify improvements, and collaborate with cross functional teams to turn vision into reality. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of the Seller Activation roadmap, focusing on improving the seller onboarding experience. Partner with the squad’s data analyst to uncover opportunities and monitor feature performance after launch. Collaborate with tech, design, and product marketing to deliver timely, high-quality improvements. Become an expert on sellers by conducting discovery sessions to understand workflows and pain points. Partner with sales and commercial teams to capture evolving seller needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Refine how iwocaPay is presented to prospective sellers to optimize onboarding. Own a key business metric and drive its performance through collaboration with others. Required Qualifications Essential: Proven ability to analyse and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making. Experience in a product or strategy role with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to solve problems. Understanding of API or third-party integrations; ability to guide technical discussions and advocate for a great seller experience. Confidence representing a product when speaking with external customers and stakeholders. Bonus Familiarity with SaaS products, especially in business operations. Experience using HubSpot for marketing, sales, or service activities. Practical experience with e-commerce plugins and integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Salary We expect to pay from £60,000—£85,000 for this role. Please include your salary goals with your application. Salaries benchmark against market rates with quarterly reviews.
