Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to their team in the form of an Enclosing Machine Operator. They specialise within the communication side of the industry and help big brands transform the way they engage with their customers.

Within this role, they're looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and driven individuals who wish to join a progressive company as they expand to suit their market’s needs. They work with Bowe Fusion, Pitney Bowes APS and MSE and Buhrs, so it would be advantageous having experience with these. Full training is also provided

You will work on a rotating shift pattern 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00, Monday to Friday

**The Role**
- To acquire a full knowledge of the range of equipment and services provided in the Machine Mailing Department.
- To ensure all mailing packs are enclosed correctly as per the job bag instructions.
- To ensure that all of the correct procedures are followed for ISO quality checking and the appropriate paperwork is completed.
- To record daily and hourly workflow from the enclosing machines you are operating to ensure the output is passed on to the Postage Despatch section in a timely manner.
- To help ensure that all of the departments SLA’s are met.
- Perform the required daily machine safety checks.
- Undertake support tasks as directed by the Machine Mailing Manager.
- Liaise with Client Services, Production Planning and all other internal Production Departments as and when necessary.
- Achieve team and individual targets as set by the Mailing Team.
- Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the laser print machines are kept in a clean and orderly manner.
- Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on quality and health and safety.

**The Person**
- A successful 2 years proven record of accomplishment gained within a Machine Mailing Production department or environment.
- Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Has a proactive approach to work - always willing to learn and working to improve processes to ensure business efficiency
- Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all departments across the business and with external suppliers
- Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation, ensuring client demands are met at all times
- Good attention to detail - making sure all documentation is complete & accurate.
- Good time keeping and attendance.
- Flexible regarding overtime to cover sickness and holidays.

**Salary and Shift Patterns**

The salary ranges £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. You will work on a two week rotating shift pattern of 7:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
