Deliveries Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer orders from order stage to delivery
- Accurate data entry onto CRM.
- Daily contact with Government back leasing scheme, Motability.
- Producing daily documents to DVLA for taxing and customer correspondence using Excel and in house CRM.
- Preparation of delivery packs and vehicle invoicing.
- Scanning and filing of customer files.
- Daily reporting to team leader for booking activity
- Dealing with challenging customers who may also have communication problems
- Dealing with retail and business customers
- This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities but is intended to give an overview of the role and its responsibilities
**Requirements**:
- Excellent Communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Empathic, professional and assertive style
- Strong telephone techniques
- Strong written communications
- IT (Office Package) & database skills
- Problem solving and investigative skills
Experience
- Previous experience within customer services team, with administrative duties
- Used to being mainly phone-based
- Experience of handling sensitive personal situations is an advantage e.g. finance, medical
- Understanding use of CRM Database and its importance to the company
- Able to adapt and problem solve
**Key Internal Relationships**:
Sales team, Finance, Drivers, Production, Senior Management Team
**Key External Relationships**:
Customers (new and current), Motability, DVLA, Dealerships
**Key Objectives 24-25**:
1. Ensure all vehicles that can be delivered are delivered. Monthly
2. Check which vehicles are ready for delivery to be arranged. Daily
3. Contact with customers assigned to you. On-going
Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
