**Job Description**:
**Please note this is a full time, permanent position. Working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00**
To be a central point of contact at Eurofins NSC UK Limited for all Eurofins UK entities and responsible for the areas below.
The role required a forward thinking, proactive individual who seeks change and streamlined processes. Attention to detail is essential.
**Main Duties**:
Responsible for the administration of bulk on-boarding new acquisitions into the Eurofins NSC UK Limited Payroll department. This will involve the initial call with the on-boarding company, the build, roll out and final go live requirements, details below some but not all of the areas to be covered:
- Liaising with on-boarding company in relation to payroll requirements
- Build new payrolls in line with central requirements
- Principal contact for the payroll data migration requirements
- Reconcile YTD figures
- Work with HRIS Technical Manager & HR teams during the set up process to ensure that the occupational requirements are set up correctly.
- Managing and complete parallel pay run (with support from NSC Payroll team)
- Investigate and resolve variations
- Ensure correct go live date & testing bacs line ahead of first pay date etc
- Create training guide for use by entities
- Create training guide for use for payroll and expenses team
- Adhoc requirements that may arise whilst we complete the build/go live of the on-boarding
- project
- Involvement with large scale entity changes, e.g. hive outs, entity restructures, etc.
- Manage current benefit schemes
- Work with the HR Director and Payroll / Expenses Manager to review current benefit provisions and review potential new benefits or amendments to current schemes
- Implement new benefit schemes to entities that are agreed to participate. Close schemes that are agreed to be ceased.
- Prepare annual data required to renew benefit schemes
- Support management of UK pension schemes, review and collate all elements of the UK’s pension scheme with a view to streamlining requirements, and accommodating legacy contribution levels. Ensure all data collated is stored and managed correctly within the Oracle HRIS system.
- Support any necessary changes to pensions scheme including supporting with communication to managers and employees
- Be a member of the Pension review team
- Answer day to day general benefit, pension and payroll queries and provide an escalation point for the queries that are more complicated or cannot be resolved by colleagues
- Work closely with Payroll & Expenses Supervisor & colleagues to ensure accuracy, timelines and consistency of service provision
- Be actively involved in streamlining processes where possible, on an ongoing basis using best practice - thinking, plan, trial and review
- Educate payroll administrators on company benefits and how to follow streamlined processes
- Ensure all benefit providers are provided with all changes to ensure no over/under payments are incurred, e.g. BUPA, Perkbox, Enjoy Benefits etc.
- Be proactive and support colleagues in promoting the Payroll department. Liaise with management & employees directly with a view to training and educating individuals of how benefits, pensions and payroll works
