The role
- Develop and implement an innovative approach to colleague benefits, including flexible benefits and recognition programmes.
- Manage the complete benefits package including managing relationships with third parties.
- Be accountable for development and implementation of reward principles, policies, and best practice to ensure internal governance.
- Lead and manage the annual pay review process.
- Lead and manage the annual STIP bonus process.
- Lead and manage the Loyal Service Award initiative.
- Ensure that the employer brand is strengthened to support the recruitment and retention.
- Manage the P11D software and reporting.
- Manage the yearly annual performance process.
- Manage the salary banding/framework processes**.**
- Manage all aspects of the living wage/NMW audits.
- Manage the company car fleet with fleet provider ensuring end to end processes and governance is in place.
- To complete annual reporting including Gender Pay Gap reporting, salary surveys, and statutory reporting.
- Manage the Reward budget.
- To provide benchmarking for roles across the business.
- Monitor and evaluate trends and provide appropriate recommendations
Experience required
A reward professional with a broad track record of developing and implementing a reward package/framework.
- Experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience of HMRC regulations.
- Experience of pension schemes and regulations.
- Experience of payroll processes.
- Experience of managing projects and delivering successful outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement
- People management experience
- Experience of dealing with trade unions.
- Ideally have experience working within the retail/service industry.

Our client can offer a salary of £50,000-£53,000 plus bonus and company benefits
