**We are looking for a Mortgage Sales and Training Manager who will be based in Medway City Estate**

**Duties will include**:

- Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
- Provide coaching and support through regular observations
- Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers
- Encourage individuals to nurture and help our customers throughout their journey
- Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
- Implement and manage development and action plans with individuals
- Support and encourage good working relationships with all other areas of the business
- Deliver to targets and expectations
- Present and discuss ideas and suggestions to improve the business with line manager
- Regular support and 1:1 meetings with the team to monitor performance and business quality
- Motivate the team to achieve great results
- Liaising with your line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities
- Be responsible for own business productivity
- Attend regular meetings and work closely with line manager to achieve business plan
- Passion for Self-Development and a thirst for knowledge

**We need you to be**:

- Previous sales managerial experience (even better if in financial services)
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Hard working and focused
- Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable
- Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve your targets
- Great at building relationships with customers
- CEMAP qualified
