After an incredible 25-year career, one of our most respected BTL mortgage brokers is preparing to step back, and we're looking for someone exceptional to continue their legacy.

This is a rare opportunity to inherit a sizeable, well-established portfolio of active, loyal clients, built on decades of trust, professionalism, and results. You'll benefit from a structured three-month handover, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing client confidence as you take the reins.

You'll work closely with other brokers and our dedicated client relationship managers, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

We're seeking a client-focused, ambitious, and qualified mortgage broker who:

  • Is CeMAP qualified with experience in Buy to Let mortgage broking
  • Has some knowledge of bridging.
  • Is proactive, driven, and ready to make an immediate impact

  • Is a confident communicator committed to client care and regulatory excellence
