**Client**
Established in 1990 with 3 members to know a growing team of 50 across two offices in Kent and Cheshire. As an independent broker they are experts in the market and offer unbiased advice based on each landlord, home-buyer and property developers individualproperty.
They are looking for an ambitious, client focused and qualified mortgage broker with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Buy to let (vanilla or complex)
- Commercial and semi-commercial property finance for both investors and owner-occupiers
- Property development finance
- Residential mortgages
You will be a qualified (CeMAP 3) looking to develop your skills and career, efficient independent worker that can work closely with other brokers and dedicated case managers creating a great place to share knowledge and experience.
You will be able to put clients first, building long lasting relationships through your customer service skills and a can-do attitude for the more complex cases.
