**Personal Mortgage Consultant - Retail Mortgage Team**

**Salary: Up to £28,927 per annum, upon achieving Competent Advisor Status**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Location: Hybrid Working (after completion of full training)**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Personal Mortgage Consultant to join our Retail Mortgage Team. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success and performance of the Retail Mortgage Team.

Through customer focused conversations, you will take time to deliver a consistently excellent service to meet customers’ needs, exceed their expectations and provide them with clear information to help them to find products that are right for them, whilst ensuring you adhere to controls detailed in the Training and Competence Scheme.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
You must have a full CeMAP qualification (CeMAP 1 may be considered for ‘trainee’ status). With previous customer service experience, you will have a genuine interest in customers and their needs and the ability to interact and engage with customers by using your relationship building skills. It is important to be very attentive to detail whilst working in a fast paced environment where change is a regular occurrence. Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate service information to customers in a way they can understand is essential. You will have the ability to work individually as well as the enthusiasm to work as part of a team.
