**Overview**:
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join a national mortgage broker firm, supervising a team of 12 mortgage and protection brokers in the South London and Kent areas.

**Main Duties**:
Due to an internal reshuffle, a fantastic and rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join a well-known, national mortgage broker firm, supervising an established team of mortgage and protection brokers.

As an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will be required to supervise an established and experienced team of 10 - 12 estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers. Working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach, andtrain the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations in and around the Central London area.

Our client will offer a basic to £50,000 plus a car or car allowance, financial guarantees for 6 months and a realistic OTE of £80,000 in year 1 and the realistic opportunity to earn over six figures thereafter.

**Key Skills**:
As the mortgage sales manager covering the South London and Kent area, supervising an existing team of mortgage and protection brokers, previous sales management experience is essential.

A proven track record of supervising a team of CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, along with a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence with no drink driving offences and with no previous criminal convictions is required.
