Position: Telesales Advisor (inbound and outbound calls)

**Salary**: £21,200 pa plus bonus (OTE £32,000pa)

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, with NO WEEKENDS and an early finish on a Friday

Location: Llantrisant, with plenty of free parking and the opportunity for hybrid working

Contract: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

This new telesales advisor role has become available due to growth and will see you contacting new and existing customer to sell products, direct to consumers. Main duties include:

- Generating sales revenue and building relationships via outbound calls to customers
- Achieving set KPIs and productivity targets including sales, compliance and customer service objectives
- Adding value to every customer interaction through delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping person product knowledge up to date
- Providing customer feedback with a view to minimising complaints, improving service and maximising sales
- Providing inbound telephone cover as required by the business
- Managing own time and workload to maximise sales

To be successful in this Llantrisant based role, you’ll be the type of person that thrives in a targeted environment and is positive, enthusiastic and confident with a determined attitude. You’ll be a real people person, not afraid to persevere and be methodical in your approach to work to get results. In addition you should have
- Background in a telesales advisor or a customer service / sales through service role
- Excellent oral, aural and written communication skills.
- Tenacity to drive high performance levels in a sales driven environment
- Strong PC literacy
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a structured way, following key principles and enabling the sharing of workload.
