By putting the client first, we strive to transform the way the world invests, and our solutions are a testament to the value provided to our clients. Reporting to Head of Client Relationship Group, the objective of the Client Relationship Management, Associate, (German Speaking) is to support Dimensional’s EMEA ex UK Sales Channel, with a focus on Germany, in the management of existing client relationships and the development of new business. This role will be initially based in Dimensional’s London office. Associates across the Global Client Group provide relationship management and analytical support in helping to grow the existing client panel and develop new business opportunities for Dimensional. They will gain an understanding of the investment management landscape, our clients’ evolving needs and identify where Dimensional can add value to provide a better investment experience. This understanding and experience will be gained through a wide range of assigned workflow tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities - Use Dimensional’s investment research, tools and resources to help communicate directly with clients on our investment solutions. - Assist clients by providing a detailed analysis of client investment portfolios using our proprietary systems and reporting function. - Represent Dimensional at various Webcasts, Conferences, and Workshops, including being a speaker at some of those events. - Assist Regional Directors in their sales efforts, for example by guiding prospective clients through the onboarding process - Maintain accurate client records using our advanced CRM system - Undertake a range of projects to support sales and client relationship efforts, such as researching market segments or prospective clients - Collaborate with colleagues across various departments such as Marketing, Events, or Practice Management, providing our clients with a true Dimensional 360experience. - Build relationships with colleagues across the Global Client Group and other internal departments, both locally and in our other global offices. Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Suitable for the Role - Native or fluent German language skills is essential. - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline is preferred - Previous experience within a corporate environment preferred, ideally within financial services - An interest in Investment management/finance/wealth management - Excellent written & oral communications - An ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, our clients and senior managers - A analytical mind-set with an ability to synthesize data - A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel and the ability to learn programs as needed - A genuine passion for and interest in continued learning and professional development - Enjoy a collaborative team-work environment and have a genuine interest in helping others - Set high standards for themselves and others, and thrive on meeting challenges - A strong desire to work in a sales environment with a "go-getter" mindset - Currently studying or willing to study the IMC qualification.
