Your work should speak for itself and show evidence of strong identity / corporate branding and campaign work implemented across a wide variety of ‘touch points’.

**What will I be doing?**

Your main priority will be to add more fleur and creativity to the team.

Plus the regular stuff, helping the creative team solve communication and business challenges and using your creative thinking and graphic design skills. Your willingness to challenge project preconceptions to create better outcomes is crucial.

**Ideal skills and project experience**:

- Branding / visual identity / brand guidelines
- Concept creation
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Campaign strategy and creative
- Marketing and commercial awareness
- Motion graphic and video creative
- Confident presenting your ideas
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to design pitch presentations
- 2-3 years of experience in the design world
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite and other creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a must; bonus points for After Effects and Figma).
