Trainee Sign Maker

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team in our busy company.

The position would suit a person with some degree of creativity and manual capability in wood work, metal work etc. as well as a good understanding of computers.

The role will include learning a wide range of skills including:
Using wide format solvent printers and laminator.

UV Flatbed Printers.

Laser cutting,

Vehicle wrapping.

On site sign and graphic installation.

CAD vinyl cutting software.

Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or and design based package would be beneficial.

The role also includes as fabrication metal signs, screen printing, banner hemming, ally profile light boxes, vinyl graphics.

The role also includes on site installation of signs and graphics which will include overtime and must be prepared to work some out of hours night work.

We very rarely work weekends.

We pay overtime and good rates for night work.

Salary will be negotiable depending on age and experience. Opportunities within the company for growth into other roles and management.

Must have a clear criminal record for DBS check.
