**HR Advisor**

Location: Remote with nationwide travel, must be able to commute to London or Brighton with ease

**Salary**: £38,000-£40,000 pa

Type of Work: Full time, Permanent role

Hours: Full time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sonderwell are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering a people focused strategy and HR service to the business.

As an HR advisor, your main responsibility will be assisting with employee relations and performance management from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments. Overall, the HR advisor is responsible supporting anythingto do with HR, ensuring all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably

You will guide and coach our managers to deal with absence management issues, investigation management, maternity and support to improve the quality and standards of care through people management.

**To be successful you will be**:

- Have a CIPD qualification or working towards one or qualified by experience
- HR generalist experience and good understanding of all aspects of HR Management
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with disciplinary, grievance and absence management investigations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of change programmes including consultation and TUPE
- Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Critical to the success of the role is the ability to work at pace and to maintain accurate records

**Desirable experience**
- Experience and understanding of the care sector
